Remove normal sleep time settings

I would like to remove the normal sleep time settings. I work shifts, so I sleep different times. When I sleep during the day, my FR 245 doesn't recognize that I'm sleeping.

Set it for example from 00:00 to 23:59 to enable the sleep detection round the clock, or from 00:00 to 00:01 to disable it. I am not sure what would happen if you entered the same value in both time fields.

Really? Then the Garmin will start tracking the sleep when it actually happens?
