Is there anybody from Garmin visiting this Forum?

Hi,

Its cool to get some help from other users, but is there anyone from Garmin spending few minutes reading our questions?

Trying to syncronise the Tacx desktop app with HRM takes hours and you should be aware of this since Im paying a monthly subscription.

Yes, but not necessarily this section of the forums. If you want to work with Garmin directly, best to contact them via phone or chat starting at the Garmin Support Center.

Also, you might want to take a look at the Indoor Training area of the forum where most of the Tacx discussion is. I do see some questions answered by Garmin staff in that section.
