Garmin bulk download request erroring out

After putting in the request to receive a bulk download of my data, I received an email a week or so later saying "Your Portability Request Is Complete".  Ok -- good so far.  So, I click on the View Now button which opens another browser tab but, it errors out showing about 6 lines of HTML or XML type code and the first line (and last line) says <Error>.  Another line says "The specified key does not exist".  I only received the email a couple days ago so the link shouldn't be expired (and it doesn't report anything about it being expired either).

So, does anyone know what my problem is or how to resolve?  The email says "Do not reply to this message" so I don't know where to turn.  I don't suspect that calling Garmin would be productive but perhaps there is a number to reach the deep dark dungeon where they hide the programmers.

Thanks

  • Are you getting this message?

I'm also getting that, but this is from a download request I received about a month ago. At the time it worked perfectly.

perhaps there is a number to reach the deep dark dungeon where they hide the programmers.

You can contact Garmin Support starting at the Garmin Support Center. Phone or chat for faster service.

    Also, maybe request another download.

  • No.  I am not getting the "expired" message.  I am getting the note about the "The specified key does not exist".

I will go ahead and try their Support Center.

    Thanks
