Activity Segments Tab missing: Even with Activity = Everyone and Segments = Enabled

On opening an Activity and scrolling down to located the Segments tab, I can only see the following three tabs (Stats , Laps ,  and Time in Zones:

I have the following Account Settings configured which should add the required Segments Tab to the Activity screen:

Any help would be great :-)

    Go to the phone app Garmin Connect Mobile, open the screen Menu » Training » Segments, and in the menu under the triple dot symbol up right, verify that Garmin Segments are enabled. I never managed to find these options in Garmin Connect Web, only on the phone app.

    On mine, I can find the segments option on the web version, but not on the app version. I've enabled it on the web version and have all my privacy setting set to everyone, but I still don't see segments shown when I pull up past rides. Will segments only work for rides after when it's enabled, or am I missing something? Thanks!

    You can use the function "Match New Segments" on old activities. Unfortunately, you have to do it separately for each old activity.

    Thanks! I found that on the web version a little bit ago and it worked for the ride I tried it on. I still don't see anything about segments for that ride on the app version.

    Scroll down the stats screen of the concerned activity, and tap "View Segments"

    That option isn't there. I'm wondering if it doesn't show up in the app on activities where you retroactively have it match segments?

    Could be. Match the segments with Garmin Connect Web, and you'll see.
