The time on my Garmin Forerunner is incorrect after at synching. Any suggestions how to address? Using the GPS did not address the problem. Thanks

I have this problem occasionally, on two 935s. This is a very annoying defect, it affects alarms timing, obviously. Garmin was unable to troubleshoot it, offering a refurbished watch. I got a refurbished watch later, when the hr sensor cracked (another known defect), and the new watch also has this time problem, unfortunately.

I found two things that help: soft restart followed by sync to gps

Please take no offence, but I have to ask - have you been outdoors when you enabled the GPS, and did you wait till you got the GPS lock?
