Sorry, this routing feature is not available. Message keeps appearing when I try to create routes using Follow Roads on HERE Maps.

"Sorry, this routing feature is not available". Message keeps appearing when I try to create routes using Follow Roads on HERE Maps. It used to work ok. Popularity Routing also not working when there is heat map. How can I fix this? It is making planning a route a real pain
