Segments are not showing up anymore

I don't see the segments tab for all activities in Garmin Connect Web for a couple of days. For example, I can see segments in Garmin Connect Mobile Android. The setting Show your profile, rank and stats on segment leaderboards, is turned on all the time. Any idea what is wrong?

Perhaps you are using Strava segment only, on the app. On the phone app, go to Training » Segements, and in the triple-dot menu up right, verify whether Garmin Segments are enabled.

You mean that when you open an Activity in GC Mobile, you can see the Segments assigned there correctly, while not seeing any when looking at the very same Activity in GC Web? Could you share a link to one of such activities?

On Saturday I could see at least 3 segments. Today I don't see any.

You mean you saw them on the phone app or on the web? And today you do not see any on the app or no the web? Personally, I see one segment at this specific activity - you do not see it there?

And did you try clicking the link "Match New Segments" on the Segement tab?

BTW: nice hilly Marathon run - 1411m elevation gain, respect!

The funny thing is that I don't see Segments tab. Even in Incognito mode in browser. I also change the browser (Chrome to Firefox) and it is the same.

I don't have triple dots in the app on the phone (v 4.37.2) in the segments section.

Another funny thing. Now also segments in the phone app disappeared. I don't know what's happening.

You'll need to tap on to open one of those activities to see the triple dots and View Segments.

Yeah, triple dots appeared in the Segments section. I choose Garmin segments, sync with the device and now it works. Thank you very much.

Now I'm confused. What is the meaning of this? Can't we use Garmin and Strava segments at the same time? Can you explain if we choose Strava why can't we see Garmin segments in the web version? Actually, I didn't choose, it changed automatically.

Well, you can use Garmin segments in Garmin Connect, and Strava Segments in Strava. I cannot tell you why you cannot use them simultaneusly, but the evident answer would be that the system was not designed so, that both systems could work easily together.

did they disable segments? i don't have this tab anymore either. set activity privacy to everyone and still nothing.
