No training status

Hi, seems like have or have had the same problem but my training status doesn't update since about a month back now. I had a break from training and it said "unproductive" but after another week it said "no status" and didn't think much about that. but now I have 4 consecutive weeks with at least two runs.. Tried turning it on and off, tried updating my profile on the watch which helped someone on this forum and I've checked that I haven't paused the tracking of training status. I only have one watch but bought a Running dynamics pod about a month ago, can't think that it would be the cause of it but I will try next time. Any other that have the same problem the last month? if its gone bad in the latest update or something..

And by the way, when will the offline sync to the phone be available..?

I am having the same problem. I just ran 7 miles today and it says no training status on my watch but when I click into it on my watch, it shows my VO2 max and productivity. And on my connect app, it’s not even showing up anymore. Been using my watch since August and I have no other devices or accounts associated with it. Kinda frustrating bc my VO2 max has gotten better and would like to see that on the app too.

I read that but it doesn't help me. I only have one account and one watch and I have been running at least 2 times a week for the last 4 weeks. I have had a pulse above 70% as well. So I've been running more this period than other 4 weeks periods when the watch gave me a training status. So something have happened..

  • Unfortunately it is far more common to have multiple accounts, than you could imagine, and nobody from the countelss people encountering the problem would admit it was his case, in advance. However, the majority of problems where some data is missing from the account after a successfull sync, come from that very issue.

Most likely it happens when you reinstall the app, and sign up instead of signing in, or perhaps there are also other mechanisms how it happens, because it is really extremely frequent issue, and personally I think Garmin should try adding an automatic detection of such cases, because it costs them incredible amount in support time.

So please have a look at the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing, and follow the instructions there to exclude this case.

I created my account I February when I bought the watch and until now it has synced witout a problem so I don't see how I could managed to create and switch the account.. And shouldn't it still be visible on the watch?
But I'll sign out and re-sync everything to see if that works anyway.. I'll let you know if it does
