Hi!
I'm following Coach Amy's 5k training plan. I've set it to 3 times a week, but sometimes I fail to make time for it - or I run outside the program. Anyway, some runs are not completed. The problem is that the whole plan continues as if I had gone on that run, so mileage keeps increasing etc. Only when I "edit" the plan does it update and adapt to missing runs.
Is it normal or is it something that should be fixed?
