Can I delete a previous menstrual cycle?

Garmin Connect automatically logged a cycle that did not happen; which is now preventing me from adding my pregnancy due date (app won't allow me to add the accurate due date as it conflicts with the false menstrual cycle). How can I delete cycle history from my account?

If log in to your account in the garmin connect website you can edit previous cyles under the heath tab.

Hi, I don't have any options as such because it's superceded by logging a pregnancy. I can view previous cycles but can't edit anything. Only option under settings takes you straight to pregnancy. Think the user journey here needs more thought and rework. It's a shame as this feature is completely unusable for me until the due date can be amended. Thanks

I’m also super frustrated, I cannot use this feature and can also not select my correct due date because of incorrect cycle history that was automatically logged and can’t be amended.

    Hi,

Just got the Help from Garmin Email Support, as I faced the same problem.

If you have previous cycles saved which does not allow your correct birth date, first change back to cycles type normal.

Then go to statistic / Menstruation cycle / show calendar / amend period and then just delete the saved, but not correctly happened period days.

Then save and get back to change the cyclus type and you should get a good estimate on the correct due date.

Sorry for the bad English or maybe different wordings used, as I am from Germany and use the app in German ;)

  • Hi, if you go to your garmin connect app, health & performance, menstrual cycle, go to the calendar select the incorrect date of your cycle and select the 3 dots on the right hand side of your screen, you should be able to delete that cycle date. From there it will allow you to track your pregnancy from the last confirmed cycle date.

  • Agree!!! Same problem

  • Thanks for the help. I still couldn’t get mine to work. I’m a bit disappointed that in over a year of this problem it still hasn’t been fixed Rage

  • I finally found a way to delete an incorrect period:

    Go to https://connect.garmin.com/

Health Stats -> Menstrual Cycle -> View Calendar -> Edit Period

From there you should be able to make edits to your period dates as needed.
