.Fit activity file manual upload to garmin connect failed

A number of times activities have failed to sync to garmin connect. This is one such file but when I tried uploading to garmin connect, it failed!!!!

Can someone help please?

This should work for you - ABID1739-fixed.zip

The file was corrupt due to several timestamps out of chronological order. Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool.
