Ride With GPS import file - failure

Hi,

I use the ride with GPS tool for creating my route. Garmin Connect App and Connect website, gives an error when trying to import GPX, FIT ot TCX.

I've read on this site many people have the same problem, when is it going to be fixed.

There is no problem with the files I created in RidewithGPS as I can open them with any other route plotting app.

Come on Garmin this should be any easy issue to Fix!!!

On what page did you try to import the course GPX? On the page Courses, or on the page Import Data? Only the first one will work for Courses, the second one is for Activities.
