Tranfer saved places to Connect and backwards

I have some saved locations in the Forerunner 945. I would like transfer this places to Connect and shows on the map. Is it posible? I would like do in backwards way too.

I do not think it is possible with Garmin Connect, but it is available in the Garmin Explore phone app.
