Again I'm having trouble with my .fit file not uploading/syncing to Garmin Connect so I can see my ride I did today. The last time it was due to too many .fit files in the folder so I thought I would be smart and delete my old .fit files before my ride today. Well that must have screwed something up because the file today didn't upload. Please help. I have attached the .zip copy of the file if anyone can help. Thanks.
Sorry to hear that. Removing FIT files is not going to negatively impact your future activities. I believe there is something else going on. This particular ride ended at 5:57 into it with no timestamps after that. The only event was to start the ride, but no button presses detected after that.

If this is a common occurrence, you might want to contact Garmin Support. I can say that over the past few months I've repaired a lot of fit files. An inordinate amount of these are either the Forerunner 35 or the Venu.
