Steps record are not updating

Hello,

we have forerunner 630 device, but from 2017! there is no daily, week or month steps record update when we beat it, only daily steps are shown.

We have all updates, apps reinstall, even watch change between our accounts, but nothink is working. Garmin support was already contacted, but no response from them.

We have planed updated to new model, but after this experience is more likely to change platform... Or there is some advice, how this can be solved?

Its kind of frustrating after years.... it is so hard to compare two numbers and update it?

    No, this is a user forum. The staff intervenes only exceptionally and extremely rarely. And if, then mostly just in the device-specific forums.

    I do not think so, and it also works fine with my steps. It is hard to guess what is wrong with your data without seeing it. Could you post a screenshot of the Steps Personal Records, and the screenshots of the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports for the respective Day, Week, and Month (on the Reports » Health & Fintess » Steps page) that show bigger numbers than those on the PR page?

  • Yes, indeed. Did you send such screenshot to the Customer Support? Providing clearly formulated facts supported by strong evidence like in this case will always assure you a quicker and more relevant answer. If the Support did not answer emails, call them or use the chat option. Could be also that the Czech Customer Support is not as efficient as the staff in the headquarters. So if they fail to give you a solution, contact directly the US Support, or write Garmin over Facebook or Twitter.
