Why Edge 1030 Plus have separate Training Status report from Fenix 6 ?

Hello,

I have a general question regarding Training Status report generated separately per device.

It does not make any sense for me that both devices which are gathering the same metrics are presented separately. Could someone from Garmin explain why those metrics are not "merged" ?

Garmin is marketing Physio True App, while each of devices is maintaining its own metrics. It does not make any sense to me. It looks like I should record all my activities with Fenix and use edge only for navigation.

I would make sense to have those per activity rather than per device

Did you enable the option Physio TrueUp in the Device Settings of both devices?

Yup, it's enabled on both devices

Call the Customer Support, Garmin does not comment here on the user forums. Better told, it happens only extremely rarely, and then usually just in forums dedicated to a specific model.

Seems like not even Garmin have made up their mind quite how this should work. Garmin-Matthew said that training status will never blend (but then maybe he meant from predecessor to successor, same model) but what's the use of Physio TrueUp in that case?

On the other hand some users seems to say that extensive syncing of both devices improve the situation, and other claims that the Physio TrupUp setting need to be enabled both on the device itself and in Garmin Connect Web/Mobile, so twice per device.

How do you even get those cards displayed in the site? I see nowhere to add them in at all. The connect website could be so much better, but it's so disorganized.
