As you can see in the two activities below, erroneous registrations occur, what could be the reason? Please do not say bad GPS signal because these are the regions where even the phone can receive very well.

Why not? A phone is an order of magnitude bigger device, having the possibility to use more sensitive receiver. Besides that, it uses also GSM triangulation to make corrections to the GPS position. And since you did not post the track recorded by the phone, we cannot compare the tracks and see to which extend your claim is true.
As it looks you moved a lot under the vegetation, and on the hill slopes, drop outs in the GSP signal are quite likely. You could improve the accuracy by enabling the option GPS+Glonass or GPS+Galileo - there will be more satellites available for the calculation of the position. Just note that it may slightly increase the power consumption.

I had recorded the same route before and it was more consistent.

Is the EPO file up-to-date?
Expired EPO on a Garmin Outdoor Watch
Also, didn't you, by hazzard, use the Ultra-Trac option?
Yes, I used the Ultra-Trac option, but I had not checked the epo file.
It's the Ultra Trac - that mode is practically useless, because it constantly turns off the GPS, and turns it on only briefly each minute. Each time it restarts, it has to search the satellites, and unless you are under perfect conditions, it always takes several seconds, while in the mean time the accuracy of the position is very mediocre. And before the full lock is achieved, the GPS shuts off again. Avoid that mode. If you go for a long hike, charge your watch full, and/or take a powerbank or a solar charger with you, but do not use Ultra Trac, unless you really have no other option, and do not care about the accuracy.
