Speed sensor MOVING SPEED

I connected my bikes speed sensor, and for some reason, when transferred to STRAVA, it shows elapsed time vs. moving time. I can bike for 2 hrs @ 16 mo/hr with a 5 min break for water, and STRAVA will show my avg. time as 11 something. Is there a way to fix that?

I assume 16 mo/h should be 16 mi/h (mph), or was it something else? But what is avg. time of 11 ?? 11 of what? 11 minutes instead of 2 hrs? Or is it the mile pace - 11 minutes per mile? Or did you want to write avg. speed of 11 mph?

Strava calculates the avg. speed from the Distance / Moving Time, so if it does not match the speed given by your speed sensor, then either it is not properly calibrated, or the GPS distance from your Garmin distance is wrong. Or both of them. You can try clicking on the Distance at Strava, and activate the option Correct Distance - it will recalculate the distance from the GPS coordinates, removing some gaps that Garmin devices often let empty, when there are GPS signal dropouts.
