Connect is updating Apple Health data but I cannot get Apple Health to update Connect. Do not see any settings causing this.

The only suggestion is contacting Apple and Garmin and persuading them to make the change. However, it is more a political than technical issue - basically Garmin allows only very few corporate partners to send data through their API (for example MyFitnessPal), and the access to the API is licensed and paid. I doubt Apple would be willing to pay any license fees to Garmin, and oppositely I doubt Garmin would support Apple by supporting the platform of their competitors. You may have more luck searching a workaround through a 3rd party service capable of combining data from both sources.
