I have a Forerunner 645, Edge 520 Plus, Cadence Sensor and Speed Sensor for the bike. What's the best way to use these together (on the trainer and on the road) to affect the training load and VO2 Max in the Training Status in Garmin Connect for iOS? Do I have to have a separate heart rate monitor? When on the trainer, I ride Zwift. How can I integrate that? The rides show up, but not in Training status.
