Workout: advance to next step

I have a forerunner 235 watch and I'm planning to by the 735.

One thing I miss in the 235 is the ability to skip a training step and directly advance to cool down.

I would like to create a unlimited (or large) 30"-30" workout and, depending if I feel great or not, be able to end it and go directly to the cooldown step.

I know I can skip one step by pressing the lap button, but if I set up a 30*30-30 and want to end at 20, it would be tedious.

For example, I could press 3sec on the lap buton to abort the training and go to the cooldown.
