How can I search connections?

Is there a possibility to use filter while searching of connection? I know the full name of person (e.g. Zuzka) but there is a long list of connections and I am not able to select what connection is "my one"...

Is there a possibility to search by other attributes, such as e-mail address?

Unless they share their information so more can be deduced from that, I haven't found a way to be sure of which of the connections that appear when searching is the correct one. I typically share my own Garmin Account username to the connections (through emails etc.) that I would like to be connected to, letting them do the connection from their side - if they wish.

That would require violating of the privacy policies (unless they use their email address in their public login). If you are befriended with the persons on Facebook or Google, you can use those tabs on the Connections page to find and connect them in Garmin Connect.
