Zwift activities not synced to Endomondo

Hello,

I upload my activities from Garmin Connect also to Endomondo, this has been working fine for years now.

I have recently connected Zwift to Garmin Connect, the activities end-up here correctly, But there is nothing for them in Endomondo, like they are not sent?

Did anyone have the same problem?
If yes, how did you solve it?

Thank you

  • Same problem here. Happened just recently.

  • Happened just recently.

Are you telling Zwift activities were synced to Endomondo previously? Well I do not use Zwift, but for example at the syncing to Strava, Garmin Connect only sends Activities recorded with a Garmin device to Strava. It does not send any imported or manually created activities, so I'd tell it will be the same with Endomondo. And since you are most likely importing activities from Zwift, not recording them with a Garmin device, they are not being send to 3rd parties like Endomondo. You may need to link Zwift to Endomondo directly, if there is such option.

  • Yes, you are correct. When I uploaded an activity to Garmin it didn't sync to Strava nor Endomondo.
When I connected Zwift directly to both Garmin and Strava it uploaded both correctly.

I can't find any connection feature to Endomondo in Zwift.

  • Then I guess that you should request that from Zwift, if you wish to have your Zwift sessions in Endomondo as well - automatically. There is nothing of course stopping you from manually uploading the .fit file from the session to Endomondo.

If training platforms where to "forward" incoming activities from other training platforms, I can envision a ping-pong shuffle of activities being passed around - so I assume that it's a conscious decision from Garmin (and others?) only to pass their own activities to other (selected) platforms.

  • The other alternative is for Garmin (and others) to deal with this ping-pong. I.e. by adding a unique activity ID or something.
I myself is aware of it and keep Garmin as the "master".
