Results by Course in Garmin Connect?

In Garmin Connect, any way I can see all the results for a particular course in one window so I can compare my times for that course?

    Not really. You can create a segment (similar to course and has a list of times: Leaderboard -> Me Only) or search activities for selected course using a script: Recording times against a course#985305.

    What wrote, and additionally you could use the Advanced search function on the Activities page of Garmin Connect Web. First, you have to select the discipline at the top (i.e. Run or Bike), and then the Advanced button appears under the header. Enter the distance and elevation range corresponding to the distance and elevation of the desired course, and hit the Filter button at the bottom. You can then sort the results by the Pace or Time, to see the ranking.

    If you have other activities with similar distance mixing into the results, you may consider tagging the course runs (or rides) for example with the Event Type "Race", and using it then in the filter too.
