You're calling and the do not answer? You should options to chat on the Garmin Support Center. What is it the you're ordering?

I have called them on 4 separate occasions which has resulted in being on hold for upwards of 30minutes before I get sick of waiting.
I have already placed an order, quite some time ago and there has been absolutely no communication since then.
I sent you a PM. I'm hoping we can get someone from Garmin to take notice of your plight.
