Garmin 1030 Corrupt file

I have a corrupt file from my download today and wondered if anyone can help? Its happened twice this week, first one seemed to sort itself out after reconnecting but not this time. I use an iMac and cable for downloading. ???

Please zip the fit file and attach it to this thread. We will see if it is repairable.

Thank you so much for your time on this ... obviously something went horribly wrong! It was a 110k ride ... I will look at the info you sent about removing files and hopefully that will help, All the best!

Definitely a problem here...

This was the last timestamp recorded on the file.
