Garmin app won’t connect to internet via my WiFi anymore. Worked fine yesterday. Works fine on cellular.

My garmin connect app won’t sync while connected to my fully functioning WiFi. I can’t even connect to garmin websites while connected to WiFi. Everything else works. I have to switch to cellular for garmin connect app or any garmin website to work.

Can you get to Garmin Connect Web from your phone's web browser or a computer? If not, what is the error message?

I can’t connect to any garmin websites while connected to my WiFi. Everything else works fine. I have to switch to cellular just to connect to a garmin website.

Do you have computer at your location that does not use wi-fi? Can you test with that? Just trying to see if there is an issue with your wi-fi or possibly your ISP or DNS that you're using.

I was not able to access any garmin websites on my laptop at all... all other internet access was good.... UNTIL I turned on my VPN on my laptop, then I was able to access garmin websites.

Sounds as if your IP address could be blacklisted. What error do you get when trying to access the website of Garmin?
