Sharing a Workout from one profile to another

Hi,

I am a swim coach and I want to share a workout from one profile to another. What's the process?

Not available in the Garmin Connect interface, but you can exchange directly the FIT files from device to device. Use the USB cable to download the workout from the folder //GARMIN/Workouts and have your counterpart putting it into the same folder on their watch.

how to download the workout, i dont find any option in the garmin connect app
