I use a Garmin Fenix 6 to track all my activities. I do not have any other heart rate monitor. The calories burned in all my activities appear on my Garmin Connect app, after synchronising, under the relevant Activity. In almost all cases, they are also added to the My Day Calories counts (i.e. added to the Total & Active counts). But this is not true for a Pool Swim. The activity seems to be transferred to the app correctly, but the calories are not being added to My Day counts of Calories. This is not consistent with Open Water swimming, where the calories burned during the swim are included in the My Day Calories? Is there any way I can get this working?
By way of an example I attach 2 images showing the problem. I burned 1,040 calories during a swim yesterday, but apparently my total active calories for the day was just 207.
