Zwift sync failed sometimes but worked 100% Zwift >> Strava.
I exported the ".fit" file from Strava and it failed to import to Garmin Connect. I exported the ".gpx" file from Strava on same activity and it's ok with Garmin import. However some data are lost like Power, cadence.
It could be Zwift error but don't know why Ok with Strava but not Garmin so hopefully Garmin support could help to fix.
I feel it's important to Garmin R&D as I now start to interact with my friends via Strava than Garmin since the completed data are there. Soon some users will stop using Garmin community which is a key part to keep customer in Garmin products.
Note: This's not fixed in Feb as per another thread.
