Garmin Connect Down?

Is anyone having trouble syncing to their phone right now. I have tried all the trouble shooting. It shows the watch is there. I tried connecting the watch to Garmin Express thru my computer but it says they are having a problem communicating with our servers

Looks all right on my side. May be a local connectivity problem. Check out the status from your side: connect.garmin.com/.../

Syncing of the mobile app Android and the watch is very slow (Netherlands) at the moment. Connect Web is a bit wobbly and isn't syncing fully. Some tiles (challenges) are suddenly empty (the numbers).
Garmin Express is doing fine, no problems or notifications.
Cloudfare gives no notifications. I would give it some time.
