VO2max not updating on Garmin Connect

Please help as my VO2Max is not updating on a regular basis on my Garmin Connect app. I uninstalled, re-installed the app, even went as far as to change my Forerunner and got a new Forerunner 45, still not updating. Quite frustrating!
