Fenix 6x pro not fully synching

Had trouble getting an activity to synch this morning to Farmington connect app, however it went straight through to Strava. Now I can’t get activities to synchronise at all. I’m getting an error message of “GCMSyncErrorDomain error 0.”

  • Are you uploading directly to Garmin Connect Web? Is that where you're seeing the error message?

    • With your Garmin device connected to your computer
    • Open the drive associated with your device.

           

    • Look for your FIT file under the \Garmin\Activity folder

           

           

    If there is a problem with the file, you'll get an error message, such as "We don't support the file type you tried to import." In which case you can zip the file and attach it to this thread. We can look at it to see what might be wrong.

  • No I was trying to synch to iPhone app.  Deleted app, rebooted iPhone, reloaded  app, rebooted watch, logged back in to everything and it has successfully synced. (I also deleted all my routes off the watch before rebooting). Some data appears to be incomplete today - body battery and steps but all now appears to function ok. Fingers crossed. Thanks for your reply.

    If you try to sync using Garmin Connect Import, then it will give you some indication of what might be wrong with a specific FIT file.
