Track and set goals for "Meditate" activity

I started to use the "Meditate" activity (with FR945).

Garmin connect website recognizes it as "uncategorized aerobic activity" and not as it appears on the watch (though the activity name is correct - "Meditating")

I wish to set goals to this specific type of activity (as number of hours per week/month), and of course for garmin connect to recognize automatically those activities.

Moreover, I wish to have reports on this type of activity, "hours per day/week", similar to "km per day/week" widget on the website.

How can I do that?

"Meditate" is not an activity available in Garmin Connect. It is the name of a 3rd party Connect IQ app. You can change the activity type to something available in Garrmi Connect - for example Yoga or Breathwork. In that way you'll be able to run reports specifically for that activity type in the section Reports » Progress Summary » Activity » Yoga (or else). As you wish that the type assignment happens automatically, you'll need to contact the author of the Mediate app, and ask him whether he could do the modification.
