Garmin Connect Calendar iCal not in valid format

I have been subscribing my connect calender with Google Calender for years now without any problems. Until recently when planned workouts from Garmin Coach stopped showing up in Google Calender. My Connect calender is still shared and the sharing url delivers a response.

But the response is not in proper iCal format as DTSTART is missing:
