I run the same distance (with the same time and pace) on two separate days and the calorie burn was 150 cal different. I ran 9 miles and usually for this distance I would burn round 700 cal but today it only showed 546. This kind of thing has happened before (supposedly I only burnt 700 cal during an 18 mile race one time) and it is very annoying and confusing. I don’t understand how they can be such a wild difference every now and then and I don’t understand how it can possibly be wrong (the watch measures my heart rate so why wouldn’t it be accurate) but then how can this kind of thing have so much of a difference when on one day I burn 700 and the next I’ve only burn 546? My heart rate was relatively similar on both runs and I also ate pretty much exactly the same thing the day before so I really don’t understand
