I ran it through the free FitFileTools section remover.

I wonder why my Garmin keeps corrupting my files at upload.

If this is happening a lot, hook up USB cable to a Windows computer, then back up then delete the contents of the \Garmin\Activity folder. Could be corrupt files in there causing an issue.
