How to handle "map offset" when creating courses in China

Hi guys,

You may or may not know, but there is some sort of GPS offset when in China. Basically some maps (including the one Garmin uses in Connect when creating courses) is ~200m north-west away from the actual GPS point.

When recording a ride there's somehow no issue, but there's issue if I create a course first in Connect online, then push it to my device. I'll always end-up ~200m away from my course when I use the navigation function.

Is there any tips to deal with this? (i.e. manage the offset when creating a course so that I'll be able to be on the route when riding.

You could create the course in a program with correct maps, exporting it for example in the GPX format and then importing the file on the GCW page https://connect.garmin.com/modern/courses (see the link Import at the bottom of the white box).
