Activity map zoom in/out doesn't always refresh the map correctly

I keep having weird time with the zoom in/out. I start with normal activity window and then click the fullscreen icon. Unfortunately the map isn't refreshed in its whole, just the original rectangle. I need to try to move the map around and play with the zoom, in order to get the right zoom and properly scaled labels and the correct sharpness.

I think it's related to how fast resources are read on PC. With only one tab opened in web-browser it's less likely to miss resize. With few tabs and DevTools opened it almost always happens. So if you tested that on fast PC, you probably won't see this problem.

This issue is specific to the .fit file produced by certain devices. I have an Edge 820 and and Edge 1000. .fit files produced on the 1000 consistently have issues with scrolling, zooming and with the power overlay. Fit files produced on the 820 have no such issues. Garmin is aware of the issue and has been for almost 30 days now but does not seem at all interested in fixing it. It has nothing to do with the speed of the PC. Garmin has been provided reproducible examples and access to fit files that demonstrate the behavior described in this thread.

I don't think it's the same issue. I tested this map behavior - opening random public activities from segments, so those runs were recorded by different devices.

Effect visible on screenshots in this thread is produced when resize function miss.
