Edge 1000 no longer syncing Data

Up until yesterday my Edge 1000 automatically uploaded its data to Connect via the web. I did download the new iOs 14 to my phone, but it worked after the download. I have tried directly syncing to Connect via Bluetooth to my phone - it recognizes the Edge and the sync wheel spins, but no syncing of data. I have also connecting directly to my computer and tried the same but no syncing of data. Welcome any suggestions. Thanks. 

  • If it looks like it's syncing yet you're seeing no data on your Garmin Connect account (Web or mobile app), consider the possibility that you've logged in with a different Garmin user account. See this support document - Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing. this happens most often with you reinstall the software and then login with a different account

    Also, download Garmin Express and set it up per the manual for your Edge 1000. Again, make sure you login to Garmin Express with the correct account.

    Thanks for the tips. I got all synced back up - removed the Edge from Connect, loaded Garmin Express again, added the Edge and then it synced - both via BT/phone AND via the USB on the computer - all back to normal. I also tried a different USB into the computer which might or might not have contributed to the solution - perhaps too many variables at once, but something for others to consider. Thanks again.
