Can not upload latest activity to Garmin Connect

I wonder if anyone can help please. I recently ran 22km and synced my watch to Garmin Connect mobile. It has the steps but not the actual run. I have also tried to enter this manually on a PC, but it is saying that it is not supporting the file, it is a FIT file, I have tried Fitfilerepair tool, to no avail.

Can someone please help?

Please zip the fit file, then attach it to this thread. We can take a look at it.

Nice run Former Member! There was one strange record that was corrupt with an odd GPS position. After that was removed, the run appeared intact. Import this into your Garmin Connect account

Also, make sure you've checked that all has synced then remove the fit files on your Forerunner located at \Garmin\Activity. Sometimes that can cause issues such as this.
