How to plan for time and distance needed for an activity with Garmin Coach?

I've started a new 10K plan on Garmin Coach.  When it assigns a workout it has multiple steps of many different types.  However, it seems to be lacking a summary i.e. do this workout and you will need to allocate around X minutes and plan for a run of Y distance. 

I used TrainAsOne before and it worked similar in terms of multiple steps etc but it tells you what the estimated total distance and time is so you can plan your run i.e. where you are going to go and how long you will be out for.

Garmin seems to be missing this and without it the feature isn't very useful.  I need to know how long a workout is going to take and the total distance so I can plan my route. Maybe it is there and I'm just not finding it though.
