Audio Output Issues Nuvi 3790

I have a nuvi 3790 ( unit ID 3826250312) I can't get the audio to output my phone calls through my car speakers,

I reviewed the manual and it gave me the instruction : Volume > wrench > then you can select Internal speakers or vehicle speakers.

When I follow the instructions, it shows me the Navigation and Phone.. do I have the wrong software or is there somewhere I can upload the correct one?

I have a BMW 328i 2008 vehicle, is this something I should ask the dealership?
