My run from this morning won't sync and I cannot import it manually in my Garmin Connect. I tried using the online FIT file fixer but keep getting an error message. Might someone be able to help me? Thank you so much!

Hi Former Member, looks like a flight from Philadelphia to Denver 
I removed the last point (Denver) and was left with this.
After sync, make sure you complete some maintenance on your \Garmin\Activity folder on your Garmin device, as an excessive amount of fit files and/or corrupt files can cause this type of issue.
