Fenix 3 - the training calendar is not being sent to the device

Since last week the training calendar is not being sent to my device - Garmin Fenix 3 (not HR) during synchronization.

The sync is successful, but when I browse to training calendar it tells me to download it from Garmin Connect web.

I even brought back the device to fabric settings, but still nothing.

Does anyone have the same problem? Or had in a past and have some suggestions?

    I found in an elder thread an advice to do some manual operations on calendar on the website and then sync.
    It helped. But not after first attempt.
