Courses disappear from list in Connect Web and Connect App once uploaded to device

Hi

Has anybody experienced this and know how to correct it?

I've done a mix of creating courses myself and uploading courses created by others in the form of GPX in Connect Web .  All worked fine and they sent to my Edge 830 and all work.

However once I've sent them to my device they have disappeared from the course list in both Connect Web and on the Connect App (IOS).

Does anybody know how to get them back into the Course list on Web and App?

I've had a look on the device and they are now shown as FIT files so I can't upload them manually back from the device as if they were GPX files.

  • How does the page Training » Courses » Created by You look like? Completely empty, or too many courses to see the last ones? Did you try searching the concerned courses by narrowing the search criteria, or changing the sorting?

  • It only shows one course and is on page 1 of 1.  If I search for my courses they aren’t found.   Like I said they are there until I “send to device”.  As soon as that’s done they disappear off the course list.

    If I go into the device itself all the courses are there.

  • Create another course, make it public, post the link here, and then upload it to the Edge, so that we can check it out.
