Did you get the 100 miles badge? Then everything is working as it should. You will only get one of those badges at a time. See those badges as medals for ultra races. You can only participate in one race at a time. To get the other medals you will need to participate in the other races.
The indoor cycling badges can be awarded all at the same time. If you bike 50 km you will also get the 10 and 20 mile badges. I belive that is incorrect behaviour.
