Corrupted fit file

Hi!

Can anyone help me fix my fit file? It was corrupted by my garmin watch running too low on battery, and cannot be uploaded, but still appears on watch. I have tried with the available free options out there, but so far not a complete fix.

Help would be much appreciated as it is my longest ride so far
