Sync historical data to Strava

Hi,

Back in a day I was able to easily move data back and forth using tapiriik.com. Now I can see that Garmin management made some totalitarian decisions regarding freedom of user data and tapiriik.com does not sync historical data. Is there any non-roll-your-python-script way to move all my Garmin activities to Strava? Connecting back to Strava synced only 3 (or so months) which is infuriating. Since I'm in EU I tried using https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/datamanagement/exportdata/ - still waiting for my data. Anyone knows what format it will be in? I sure do hope it's a zipfile full of GPX files.

Unfortunately the exported data is useless, only json files no activities GPX files. Now that is a dark pattern to discourage users from obtaining their own data.
