Incident Detected Alert Letter - Card Does Not Open When Connected From Russia

  • The problem is that your IP address 178.176.79.19 is blacklisted on multiple RBL's for spreading spam, and possibly for some past hacking attempts. Ask your Internet access provider to attribute you a new clean IP address without a history of being abused by hackers and spammers, or change the provider.

  • ...BTW, it is also possible that your computer (or router, or phone) is infected by malware and being abused by hackers to send spam, and for hacking. In such case, changing the IP address would only help temporarily. So you better run a good anti-virus test on your computer, trying to find whether it is infected (though there is no guarantee the anti-virus really finds the malware).
